Support Service

 CIP aims to provide a practical support and efficient signposting service to the new communities residing in the Craigavon area. Currently various support workers, an administrative assistant and a dedicated team of volunteers offer a comprehensive service to new residents. Besides providing a vital service to the new communities. CIP aims to work alongside local community and voluntary groups to aid integration, understanding and communication.

Our support workers offer the following services:

• Employment rights Clinics, Housing issues migration
• Information on issues such as Health and Social Care,
• Form-filling and Signposting to appropriate service providers
• Information meetings and advice clinics
• Provision of Training opportunities
• Outreach work in various areas of Craigavon as required
• Assisting the Development of Cultural & Sport’s activities
• Design & delivery of projects  
• Promotion of integration and community cohesion

All services are confidential and free of charge

 Employment Rights Clinics

CIP offers a  dedicated Employment Rights Clinic to clients who require specialized assistance from a Citizen's Advice Advisor and a CIP Interpreter. Should you require this service please contact our Polish Suport Worker who will organise an appointment. This service is part-funded by PEACE III Challenge of Change.

Drop in Support Service in Lurgan.

CIP provides a support service in Lurgan each Monday at the Ethnic Minority Support office at  Unit 14 CIDO Business Park. Appointments can be made with our Polish Support worker between 10am -4pm.
